In accordance with Regulations 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligations· and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, Honda India Power Products has informed that it enclosed copies of Unaudited Financial Results published in 'Financial Express' and 'Jansatta' (Delhi) on November 16, 2024 in connection with the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2024 which were approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on Thursday, November 14, 2024.
