HBL Power Systems to sell entire stake in Agile Electric Sub Assembly

HBL Power Systems has decided to sell the entire stake held by the company in its subsidiary, Agile Electric Sub Assembly. The completion of the sale is subject to conditions. The board of the company vide circular resolution passed on July 17, 2013 has approved for the same.

HBL Power Systems is the pioneer in the design, development and manufacture of specialized batteries and DC systems in India.
