Datamatics Global Services has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary company ‘Datamatics Global Services LLC-FZ’ in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, UAE. The said Wholly Owned Subsidiary was incorporated on November 15, 2024. 

Datamatics Global Services FZ-LLC has been incorporated for the purpose of increasing market presence and focus on customers in UAE. The cost of acquisition is United Arab Emirates dirham 50,000 divided into 50 Shares of value United Arab Emirates dirham 1,000 each.
