Roselabs Bioscience inks loan-licence pact with Bharat Biotech for PFS

Roselabs Bioscience, a group company of Roselabs, has inked loan-licence pact with Hyderabad-based vaccine maker Bharat Biotech for pre-filled syringes (PFS). As part of the pact, Bharat Biotech would use the pre-filled syringe manufacturing facility of Roselabs to manufacture pre-filled syringes for its vaccines.

Roselabs Bioscience and Roselabs Polymers have invested over Rs 400 crore to set up 'pre-filled syringes' (PFS) making facility near Ahmedabad with a capacity to manufacture 8 lakh syringes per day. The company’s facility near Ahmedabad has capabilities to make both glass and polymer (Cyclic Olefin Copolymer) syringes.

Roselab Biosciences, which manufactures glass pre-filled syringes, pre-fillable syringes, formulations and cytotoxic Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) and Roselab Polymers, which delivers sterile, clean and ready to fill pre-fillable polymer syringes, are the group companies of Roselabs.
