Adani Enterprises’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Adani Airport Holdings has acquired 99% stake in both Aviserve Facilities (Aviserve) and Aviground Facilities (Aviground). Consequent to the above, Aviserve and Aviground have become (step down) subsidiaries of the company.

The objective of acquiring Aviserve is to provide meet and greet service at Mumbai Airport. The objective of acquiring Aviground is to provide General Aviation Terminal Service at Mumbai Airport.
