In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Power Grid Corporation of India has informed that B Anantha Sarma, Anish Anand and P.C. Garg, Executive Directors (ED) of the company, upon attaining the age of superannuation, have ceased to be ED (i.e. Senior Management Personnel - One level below the Board of Directors) of the company with effect from 30.11.2024. The other information as per relevant provisions of SEBI Master Circular dt. 11.11.2024 are enclosed.
