LTIMindtree has informed that LTIMindtree USA Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has signed a definitive agreement on December 3, 2024 with Voicing.AI, Inc. (‘Voicing.AI’), an autonomous platform operations solution, to invest upto $6 million into convertible instruments to be issued by Voicing.AI. Details as required pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is mentioned in Annexure A.
