Mastek has informed that it enclosed the resignation letter as received through email from Arun Agarwal, Global Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company on December 3, 2024 late evening. As the Company begins the process of finding a suitable replacement, Arun Agarwal will continue to support during the next few months of the transition period. This will also be hosted on the Company’s website, at www. mastek.com.
