ICICI Bank’s arm to exit Medica Synergie soon

ICICI Venture, a wholly owned subsidiary of ICICI Bank is expected to exit Medica Synergie in the next three to four weeks. ICICI Venture presently holds nearly two-third stake in the company. Meanwhile, there was talk that Medica Synergie and Healthcare Global (HCG) planning to merge.

Medica Synergie is one of the largest integrated healthcare delivery providers in eastern India managing hospitals with combined capacity of 1,000 beds through its own chain and franchisees.
