Indusind Bank allots 116958 equity shares under ESOS
Date: 22-07-2013Indusind Bank has informed that the Company has allotted 116958 equity shares of Rs. 10 each on July 22, 2013 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company’s employee Stock Option Scheme. The said shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.
