Vakrangee Softwares has received an approval for the merger scheme as recommended by the Restructuring Committee for the merger of Vakrangee Finserve with itself. The board of director at its meeting held on July 22, 2013 has approved for the same. Vakrangee Finserve is a 100% subsidiary of Vakrangee Softwares.
