Jsw Steel has informed that Lancy Varghese, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of JSW Steel has vide his letter dated December 10, 2024, tendered his resignation to pursue an alternate career opportunity outside the JSW group, and the same has been accepted by the Company. The effective date of his resignation is December 23, 2024 (last working day). The Company places on record its sincere appreciation for the diligent and dedicated services provided by Lancy Varghese throughout his tenure as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company and wishes him the very best for his future endeavours. The details as required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are enclosed as Annexure A and a copy of the Resignation Letter is enclosed as Annexure B. The above disclosure will also be made available on the Company’s website at www.jsw.in. pursuant to Regulation 30(8) of the Listing Regulations.
