Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, Nestlé India has informed about the following changes in the Senior Management of the Company: 1. Sanjay Khajuria, currently Head of Corporate Affairs & Sustainability (Senior Management Personnel), will be embarking on a well-deserved retirement from the company after an illustrious career spanning 32+ years, at the close of business hours on 28th February 2025; 2. Himmat Singh, currently AVP - Corporate Affairs, will assume the role of Head -Corporate Affairs (Senior Management Personnel) with effect from 1st March 2025; and 3. Taruna Saxena, currently Head – Sustainability will assume the role of Head – Sustainability & Societal Initiatives (Senior Management Personnel) with effect from 1st March 2025. Details in accordance with the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024 is given in Annexure-I to this letter.
