Milestone Global to sell ANA Hospitality

Milestone Global is planning to sell the loss making wholly-owned subsidiary - ANA Hospitality to such prospective buyers at such a price and terms and conditions mutually agreed with the prospective buyer.

In this regard, the company’s board will meet on June 14, 2011 to consider and approve the said proposal.

The product range of the Milestone Global includes, Pre-Fabricated Staircase, Rough Granite Kerbs, Bollards, Pier Caps, Balls, Quion Stone and different varieties of tiles.
