Mahindra & Mahindra’s (M&M) step-down subsidiary-- Mahindra Susten (MSPL) has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary by name Rhyme Hybren in Mumbai, Maharashtra on December 13, 2024. MSPL is a subsidiary of Mahindra Holdings, which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.

Rhyme Hybren has been incorporated for production and sale of Power and Generating Electricity, Independent Power Producer (IPP), Distributed Energy including rooftop solar installation for commercial, industrial, institutional and residential segment, through various renewable energy sources and energy storage systems etc. 

Mahindra & Mahindra is the flagship company of the Mahindra Group, a multinational conglomerate based in Mumbai, India. Amongst the various business interests of its parent group, the company is mainly involved in the automobile manufacturing. It is one of the leading auto companies of India.
