Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in addition to its earlier intimation dated 20th October, 2023, Clean Science and Technology has informed that Clean Fino-Chem (‘CFCL’), Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company has commenced commercial production of Butylated Hydroxy Toluene (BHT) on campaign basis from yesterday 16th December, 2024 at Plot No. D-2 MIDC Kurkumbh, Taluka Daund, Dist- Pune – 413802. Commercialization of BHT, an anti-oxidant, will enable the Company to acquire a key position in antioxidant supply chain with existing product basket of Butylated Hydroxy Anisole (BHA), Tertiary Butyl Hydroquinone (TBHQ) and Ascorbyl Palmitate (AP). The Company will be manufacturing BHT on campaign basis in existing facility thereby leveraging existing fixed asset base.
