Onward Technologies has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, through resolution passed by way of circulation on December 17, 2024, has issued and allotted 17,000 Equity Shares of ?20 (Face value of ?10 each and Premium of ?10 each) under Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2019 (‘ESOP 2019’), to the eligible employee of the Company, who have exercised the options vested under ESOP 2019. In terms of Regulation 10(c) of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021 (‘SEBI SBEB & SE Regulations’), the details of shares allotted as above are given in Annexure I to this intimation.
