Tata Elxsi has informed that the Company has allotted 1365 equity shares pursuant to the exercise of performance stock options by the eligible employees, under ‘Tata Elxsi Limited Performance Stock Option Plan 2023’. Consequent to this allotment, the paid-up equity share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 62,28,33,410 divided into 6,22,83,341 equity shares of Rs. 10 each from Rs. 62,28,19,760 divided into 6,22,81,976 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
