Further to letters dated 24th October, 2024 and 13th November, 2024, ITC has informed that the Members of the Company have approved by Postal Ballot through e-voting, the appointment of Siddhartha Mohanty (DIN: 08058830) as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation, for a period of three years with effect from 1st January, 2025. Brief profile and other details of Mohanty, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with the SEBI Master Circular dated 11th November, 2024, are given in the Annexure. The company has confirmed by Mohanty, he has not been debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of an order of the SEBI or any other authority.
