Nestlé India has informed that the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ending 31st December 2024 shall be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting scheduled to be held on Friday, 31st January 2025. In view of the above event, the Trading Window in respect of the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1st January 2025 to 2nd February 2025.
