R Systems International has entered into an agreement to sell the land and building of the company, situated at Plot No. C-1 andbC-40 situated at Sector 59, NOIDA, Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh along with some assets. The sale of Said Properties will not have any impact on the business operations of the company. 

The transaction is expected to get completed by February 20, 2025 unless extended by both the parties to the agreement. The employees of the company working at the Said Properties will be relocated to its existing office at Tower-1 Artha Infratech, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
