Cyient has informed that the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has awarded ICSI Life Time Achievement Award for Translating Excellence in Corporate Governance into Reality to B.V.R. Mohan Reddy, Founder Chairman of the company. The award is in recognition of his lifetime commitment and lasting contribution to the advancement of Corporate Governance. The Company was also awarded ‘CSR Excellence Award - Best Corporate under Small & Emerging Category’. A Jury headed by Hon’ble Justice P. Sathasivam, Former Chief Justice of India decided to bestow the above awards. The awards were presented at a ceremony in Bangalore on 20 December 2024.
