JSW Steel has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors has been convened to be held on Friday, 24th January 2025, to consider the Un-Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December 2024. The company has informed that pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives (as defined in the code) shall remain closed with effect from 1st January 2025 to 26th January 2025.
