Further to letter dated 18th October 2024 intimating that the Board of Directors of the Company had considered and approved the adoption / formulation of Employee Stock Option Scheme viz. ‘Onward Employee Stock Option Scheme 2024’ (ESOS 2024/ Scheme), Onward Technologies has informed that the Board has decided to seek the consent of the Members of the Company by way of Special Resolutions through Postal Ballot process for the said purpose. The Members, whose names appear in the Register of Members/ List of Beneficial Owners as on Friday, 20th December 2024 being the cut-off date are entitled to vote on the Resolutions set forth in the Notice. The Board has appointed Nilesh A. Pradhan & C0. LLP, Company Secretaries, as the Scrutinizer for conducting the said Postal Ballot process.
