SG Finserve has informed that in accordance with ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons’ of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1st January 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December, 2024.
