Computer Age Management Services has informed that the Company in its Board meeting held today, has approved to make an additional investment of INR 8 Crore by way of subscribing to the equity shares through rights issue made by CAMS Financial Information Services (‘CAMS FIS’) a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. This investment will be made in one or more tranches. The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are enclosed as Annexure I.
