Physical Rubber prices declined on Wednesday

Physical Rubber prices declined on Wednesday after market lost ground on buyer resistance following a weak closing on NMCE.

Spot prices for RSS-4 variety declined to Rs 195 compared to its previous closing of Rs 198; while the RSS-5 variety closed at Rs 189 compared to its previous closing of Rs 190.

In the futures market, contract of August delivery dropped to Rs 190.70 compared to its previous close of Rs 191.53, while September delivery closed at Rs 180.45 compared to its previous closing of Rs 181.49 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
