eMudhra has informed that in pursuance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended read with Code of Conduct adopted by the Board of Directors of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, January 01, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2024.
