Accordingly, the name of our Registrar and Transfer Agents will now be MUFG Intime India. The company has informed to take note of the above and update the records appropriately. The address and the contact details remains unchanged. This disclosure is made in terms of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015.
