Date: 02-01-2025Tata Technologies has informed that the Company has received an email communication from its RTA on December 31, 2024, regarding acquisition of Link Group by Mitsubishi UFJ Trust & Banking Corporation. Consequently, the RTA name has been changed from ‘Link Intime India’ to “MUFG Intime India’ with effect from December 31, 2024. The address and other contact details of the RTA remain unchanged.
