Coal India has informed that Ministry of Coal vide letter no 21/3/2011-BA/Estt- dated 1st January 2025 received on 2nd January 2025 has appointed Rupinder Brar (DIN-08584254) Additional Secretary, MOC as Part time Official Director on the Board of Coal India (CIL) with immediate effect and until further order. Details pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023 is enclosed as Annexure. It is confirmed that she is not related to any other director of the company. It may further be noted that she is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order of SEBI/any other authority. This is for information and records. This is as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.
