Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Zensar Technologies has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, to: i. approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine month ended December 31, 2024; ii. consider a proposal for declaration of Interim Dividend, for the Financial Year 2024-25. The interim dividend, if declared, shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Friday, January 24, 2025, which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, and the underlying Code, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company, is closed from January 1, 2025 and shall open 48 hours after declaration of Q3-FY2024-25 Financial Results of the Company, unless otherwise communicated.
