Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Tata Technologies has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, to consider the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024 along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors for the corresponding period. Further, it has informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Company had intimated its Designated Persons that Trading Window shall remain closed from December 25, 2024, till the expiry of 48 hours from the date of said financial results are declared and disseminated to the stock exchanges.
