Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, &T Finance has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (‘NRC’) of the Company at its Meeting held on January 20, 2025 has approved the allotment of 5,98,899 equity shares to those option grantees who have exercised their options under L&TFL Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2013. The said equity shares will rank with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects and be entitled for dividend to be declared hereafter. The Meeting of the NRC commenced at 10:52 am and concluded at 11:02 am.
