MosChip Technologies has informed that that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company through Circular Resolution approved by Directors on 21st January, 2025 has been approved the allotment of 1,89,366 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- to the employees who have exercised their vested stock options under various MosChip Stock Option Schemes. The said shares will rank with the existing shares of the Company in all respect. Consequent to the above allotment the total number of equity-shares of the Company has increased from 190,888,926 to 191,078,292 shares. The disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed as ‘Annexure – A’.
