As intimated, vide letter dated December 27, 2024, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company by the designated persons is already closed since January 1, 2025 until 48 hours of the declaration of the above financial results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2024 (i.e. till EOD February 1, 2025).
