NTPC’s subsidiary -- THDC India is all set to start commercial operation of Unit I (660 MW) of Khurja STPP (2X660 MW) with effect from January 26, 2025, consequent upon successful commissioning and due approvals. With this, the total installed and commercial capacity of NTPC group has now become 77393.18 MW. 

NTPC is the largest power utility company in India and has presence in Coal, Gas, Solar PV, Hydro and Wind Power Generation and Coal Mining.
