Date: 31-07-2013Bharti Airtel has received an approval for sale/transfer of its Data Centre undertaking (Business) by way of slump sale to its newly incorporated wholly owned subsidiary Nxtra Data. The board of director at its meeting held on July 31, 2013, has approved for the same.
