In furtherance to intimation dated 28th January 2025 under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), Cipla has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28th January 2025 has approved the elevation of Achin Gupta, Chief Executive Officer - One India Business (SMP) as the Global Chief Operating Officer (GCOO) of the Company. Details required under the SEBI Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024 is provided in Annexure A to this intimation. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 11:00 am (IST) and concluded at 2:15 pm (IST).
