NTPC has informed that the Corporation has received an order from the Superintendent (Adjudication), CGST, Central Excise, Faizabad of UP state for the payment of Tax, Interest and penalty under CGST Act 2017. The corporation will file an appeal before the 1 st appellate authority of the applicable jurisdiction against the said order within the prescribed timeline. There is no material impact on the financials, operations or other activities of the Corporation due to the above mentioned order. The detail as required under regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) are attached as Annexure-A.
