Cipla Ltd.

Cipla is all set to invest around ZAR 900 million in equity share capital of Cipla Medpro South Africa Proprietary (CMSA), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company in South Africa.

The investment will be utilised to reduce inter-group debt and improve the capital structure of CMSA and its subsidiaries. The investment is expected to be completed on or before February 28, 2025 or such other date mutually agreed between the parties.
