Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) has launched the much anticipated SsangYong Rexton in Raipur, capital city of the state of Chhattisgarh, a luxurious, powerful and premium global SUV by the company. The SsangYong Rexton is manufactured and assembled at Mahindra’s Chakan Plant near Pune by sourcing components from SsangYong Korea and from India.

Designed and developed by SsangYong in Korea, this is the third generation Rexton, perfectly suited to the discerning Indian customer. Available at Mahindra dealerships in Raipur from August 2, 2013, the SsangYong Rexton by Mahindra will retail at a price of Rs 19.22 lakh, ex-showroom Raipur for the RX5 version with manual transmission and Rs 21.49 lakh, ex-showroom Raipur for the RX7 version with automatic transmission.

The SsangYong Rexton by Mahindra is now available in 120 cities across the country including Mahindra dealerships in Raipur. The current, third generation Rexton is sold in over 60 countries around the world.
