Entering into material related party transactions with L&T-MHI Power Boilers, subsidiary of the Company; and 2. Entering into material related party transactions with L&T-MHI Power Turbine Generators, subsidiary of the Company. The calendar of events for the Postal Ballot are enclosed. The Postal Ballot Notice is also being uploaded on the website of the Company.
