Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) has received approval for the incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary by the name of Mahindra Advanced Technologies or such other name as may be applied by the Company and made available by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai (MATL).

The company is proposed to be both an operating & a holding company and will strive to be a leading player providing integrated, innovative and advanced technologies in the area of security solutions. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on February 7, 2025 has approved the same. 

Mahindra & Mahindra is the flagship company of the Mahindra Group, a multinational conglomerate based in Mumbai, India. Amongst the various business interests of its parent group, the company is mainly involved in the automobile manufacturing. It is one of the leading auto companies of India.
