Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, they are enclosing Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2024, along with Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditor of the Company; Reconstitution of Nomination and Remuneration Committee (Committee), by including Virat Sunil Diwanji as a member of the Committee.
