In furtherance to its disclosure letter dated February 7, 2025, bearing reference number ZAGGLE/24- 25/157, Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services has informed that the Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on February 7, 2025 has approved the acquisition of 16.67 % of equity shares from the promotors of Mobileware. Further, the proposed acquisition shall be completed within the period of 90 days from the date of approval by the Board of Directors of the Company and as of now, no payment has been made for any shares of Mobileware.
