Larsen & Toubro Ltd.

L&T Infocity, a real estate development joint venture between construction and engineering giant Larsen & Toubro (L&T) and an Andhra Pradesh government agency, is likely to sell its office building in Hyderabad. The said infotech building in Hi-Tech city has a reserve price of Rs 99 crore and the company will sell the 197,000 square ft infotech through bidding process.

The last date for submission of bids is August 21. Moreover, the company is expected to fetch around Rs 120 crore from the bidding process. L&T is also selling IT office properties in Hi-Tech city. L&T is building residential apartments and commercial properties in Mumbai.
