In continuation of earlier communications dated 06.02.2025 and 07.02.2025, Power Finance Corporation has informed that, the Board of Directors of Power Finance Corporation in its meeting held today i.e. 12.02.2025 have considered and approved the following: Un-audited financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31.12.2024. Further, pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31, 2024, read with BSE Circular No. 20250102-4 and NSE Circular No. NSE/CML/2025/02, both dated January 2, 2025, they are submitting the Integrated Filing (Financials) for the quarter ended December 31, 2024; Declaration of 3rd interim dividend @ Rs 3.50 per equity share (i.e. @ 35 %) (Subject to deduction of TDS) on the face value of the paid-up equity shares of Rs10 each for the FY 2024-25. Further informed that 28.02.2025 (Friday) shall be reckoned as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of 3rd Interim Dividend for the FY 2024-25. The date of payment /dispatch of the aforesaid 3rd interim dividend shall be on or before 11.03.2025.
