NBCC (India) has sold 1,233 residential units of ASPIRE Golf Homes Amrapali Projects, Greater Noida (W), U.P. through an e-auction at a total sale value of around Rs 3,217 crore. The company will get marketing fee at the rate of 1% of the sale value.

NBCC (India) is one of the few public sector companies engaged in the business of project management consultancy services for civil construction projects (PMC), civil infrastructure for power sector and real estate development.
