Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd.

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Adani Harbour Services (AHS) has incorporated a Joint Venture (JV) company with Sea Horizon Offshore Marine Services and Jamal A. Rab A M Al Yafei in Qatar namely ‘Al Annabi Marine Services’ on February 12, 2025. The JV company will carry out business of ships’ operations and management. The AHS holds 49% stake in the JV company.

The Authorized Share Capital of JV company is 100 ordinary shares of Qatari Riyal 1000 each and the Paid-up Share Capital is 100 ordinary shares of Qatari Riyal 1000 each.

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ) is the largest commercial ports operator in India accounting for nearly one-fourth of the cargo movement in the country.
